My EE broadband is terrible. It is impossible to get to speak to someone. I have registered fault and complaint and not received any response. Appalling service.

Keeps cutting out. All corrective measures repotting router etc don’t work. Can’t get any response from EE

I just need to speak to someone. I don’t give out configuration details on line. EE will have all these if I can get to speak to a human being.
