Impossible to speak to someone

Have an engineer booked Tuesday but impossible to let anyone know what is actually wrong and going to be a waste of visit if don’t know actual problem , the full line is down physically after storm guys fix rest of street but one in my house still lying in trees

I guess EE will have passed fault to OPENREACH if it's an overhead problem.... Just let OPENREACH attend and I'm sure they will get the right engineers out .

@Dmarkey84 Pretty sure that OR will have dealt many times with a fault like yours, just let them do the needful maybe simple fix for them.
