I was switched from reluctantly BT to ee. I explained that I would be unable to install any new equipment and was told I would have a helpful we guide to visit and do this for me. Unbelievable struggle I've had to get this booked in. Now got something for 8 days time but phone has been cut off! Meanwhile I've had 4 texts and 4 emails telling me you have taken my first payment! Shame you are not as speedy with your side of the bargain. It's going to be a long 2 years until I can get out of this cobtract.

@Jill54 What BT equipment do you have for your broadband currently, If you are not sure link below shows pictures that you can compare, your BB should still be working and if you have from the pictures the BT Smarthub2, then just plug your phone into the back of it, you will see the connection for the phone.
