Hello, I have an EE account at my home in Wales but I am now residing in New Zealand and wont be back to the UK until summer next year 2024 so I would like to cancel my home broadband. I can't afford to wait hours on an overseas call. How can I go about cancelling? Is there an online chat service or email I can use?

@UnsteadP : If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 3) in my sig. and give 14 days notice. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term.
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

@UnsteadP You have to call customer services in order to terminate.

Hi Chris,
im having a similar problem and this is a mobile number which will cost a fortune from abroad, with time difference also a problem.
Surely there must be a better way to communicate with EE via email?

@ArvindHickman : EE provide no email contact.
