Have switched from Virgin Media , with the switch deal. I have sent numerous versions of the last bill I received,  and I keep getting told it needs to be a termination bill. Virgin don't seem to use these terms, I sent a bill that was called "Your Closing Bill" and Ee won't accept this . What can I do?

@Sylvia1801 It could be that you have only just had and paid the bill think that was 2nd May if not mistaken, and you should by now see that final amount taken as a DD from your bank, worth a check at that, if VM are not going to issue you another bill which is completely wrong because they should so you see zero balance, it may not appear until your next month bill if you still have any products with them whatsoever, that is TV a VM Telephone Landline etc etc....

It's VM standard practice that access to your online account is removed after you disconnect, I've a feeling EE are the same. It's why final bills are sent out by post.

If you've a scanner then you can achieve the same end result, or take a photo of the bill you've been sent. Ultimately I'm driving at whether the bill you've been sent by VM shows "early disconnection charges" or if there's any other obvious reason why something isn't quite right.

If you leave any personal details identifiable it won't be approved for public view, but "Stars" & staff members can see it.

Well I will wait to see then. But I have no service from virgin media now.

Customers will be able to view their bills on the EE mobile account for six months after cancelling. Thinking of leaving EE
