Yesterday, I reset my EE Smart Hub Wi-Fi and then when I checked my TV, the internet connection had gone from the TV and now it will not reconnect at all. I have tried turning both off/on and resetting the Wi-Fi again. I have tried typing the Wi-Fi password in again. I have even tried factory resetting the Smart TV but the same error message comes up and the TV will not connect to the Wi-Fi. All iphones, tablets & Xbox's have reconnected but not the TV. I feel as if I have tried everything, any ideas?

Hi @JimM11 downloaded the compatible WiFi and connected the TV to that network. All seems to be working now. Thanks for your advice.

@wooliee Glad you got it all going, you should be good to go now and i think but not going to swear by it, the Full Factory reset with that little button will now leave the Compatible network up and running should you ever do it again.....
I just don't believe in the Factory Reset as a get out off jail, but for sure it is more and more needed with an EE Router!
