Yesterday, I reset my EE Smart Hub Wi-Fi and then when I checked my TV, the internet connection had gone from the TV and now it will not reconnect at all. I have tried turning both off/on and resetting the Wi-Fi again. I have tried typing the Wi-Fi password in again. I have even tried factory resetting the Smart TV but the same error message comes up and the TV will not connect to the Wi-Fi. All iphones, tablets & Xbox's have reconnected but not the TV. I feel as if I have tried everything, any ideas?

@wooliee You may just now have to setup the compatible network since you reset the EE Smarthub+ that way if you still cannot get the TV to connect on the wireless wifi ssid anymore! See the link below for doing so!

@wooliee : What lights are showing on the router?
What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Hi @XRaySpeX thanks for the reply.
The light showing is the continuous green light as usual.
I believe its the 'Essentials: Full Fibre 500' plan. As far as I am aware we have no Wi-Fi extenders and the router from what I can make out is the EE Smart Hub Plus. Its is stationed around 6ft from the TV in question.

@wooliee When you say reset do you mean you just switched the hub off at the power for a couple minutes then you put it back on?

@wooliee Try turning off your LG TV waiting a few minutes and turning it back on again. It should then refresh it's ip address

@wooliee If this still fails go to settings on you LG TV and file the Network settings and check your WIFI settings have not cleared. If they have re-enter them and you should be OK
