I didn't signup the broadband service with EE, but EE send me a one

Hi there,

Hello, support and community. I signup the pay monthly SIM card service with EE via the BT website, and I didn't ask to switch my broadband service to EE and didn't receive any emails or posts regarding this. However, I receive EE broadband smart router this week, and BT told me my broadband service was taken over to another service provider, can someone help me with this?

I already contacted BT to reactivate my broadband service, but it will take time. And I got an EE broadband smart router (unboxed) at home and I have no ideas what to do with it.
