Hub flashing orange

Chalice33
Visitor

Our hub has been flashing orange since we got it. We followed the set up instructions, have had someone on the phone to talk us through it and they even sent us out a new box but now the new one is doing the same thing. Any one have any idea what we can do to sort this?

@Chalice33 Call EE CS back, tell them you have the exact same with the new EE hub that they sent to you, the flashing orange hub is waiting to authenticate itself to the network wither it be a copper fttc or a Full Fibre connection, you say not what you have so guessing game. Use the link below, find your hub and look through it all.

If it is all a new connection, take it EE have said you are live on the connection and that is why they sent a replacement, does sound like you have a failed activation, send the text HELP to 66033 and have EE look into and see why it's not connected for you.

Your BB is down or has never been activated.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
