Hi, we ordered EE broadband on the 27th April and a few days later I checked the order tracking in the app and at the equipment section it says despatched but after nearly 2 weeks of it saying that we’ve received no despatch email/text etc and have still not yet received a WiFi hub or any equipment. The go live date is next Monday and we are worried we won’t receive the hub in time. Is it normal for the app to say it’s despatched when it isn’t yet or should we go ahead and call EE? Thanks for the help 🙂

@Charlie717 The hub would be sent from EE set to arrive a few day's before the activation so for you Fri/Sat and e-mail text etc is sent to you once the unit is finally dispatched with tracking details etc, the norm is 48hr RM service but that can change to other carriers.

It's not yet 15th May! EE intend that you should receive the kit a day or 2 before the date of activation.
