Hey all, I have had my mobile stolen and my landline is saying there is a fault, I dont live near any of my friends but I do have a laptop surely there is a way to chat to EE online???

Is the mobile on EE?

@claudia1978 Is your landline connected to back off the router or a DVA for digital voice, if it is router off/on normally fixes landline faults, sorry there is no chat facility.

Yes it is, the voice that says there is an error is the EE voice so I think
it must be a line fault

@claudia1978 No problems, could have been good if you were looking to have the number pounded but NO you just want the phone!! At least you get to see how good difficult the whole experience is/gets when you have a serious issue, hope you get everything sorted.👍
