EE not fit for purpose!

Not so much a request for help but to register the complete utter incompetence of EE.

We have been loyal BT/EE subscribers for over 50 years which counts for nothing I know.

I recontracted in October and was happy with the service Landline Broadband & TV. UNTIL by accident, I discovered that they had included voice mail that I did not want. No mention of this 'service' when I renewed.

I phoned to get this removed which they agreed to do and in the process of the phone call they miss-sold me a higher speed  and sent more kit. The kit doesn't provide any greater speed than before, in fact a much less speed, it knocked out other equipment in the house which took me hours to reinstate, plus time spent with the EE 'Guide' trying to resolve the speed issue.. Then tonight, I find  their (swear word omitted) voice mail has been reconnected!!. Thank goodness for the 14 day cooling off period!  I am fuming!!!
