Good question... having spent 20 mins going round in circles on the My EE pages I conclude that unless you are within their 8-8 opening hours and can ring them EE really don't want to hear from you at all, whether to report broadband or phone fault. That is pathetic really, very unimpressive, and quite a contradiction to all their 'best telecoms company' blurb. You'd think they'd want to make it easy for you to tell them when there is a problem... far from it.

Hi @ensher ,
It's well worth getting any fault reported as early as possible to gain access to automatic compensation.
https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/broadband-and-landline/home-broadband/automatic-compensation
Contract SIM: Plan | Data | Usage | Check Status | Abroad | Chat | SMS | APN | PM
Wired: Check Speed | Test Socket | Faults | fast.com | speedtest.net

- Broadband contract ending in Broadband & Landline
- EE 5G Smart Hub, insanely poor jitter and not fit for gaming in Gaming
- Broadband order cancelled but still received router in Broadband & Landline
- Does EE 5G Smart Hub have WiFi Enhancer & Game Mode? in Mobile Broadband
- Port a landline number from BT to my EE landline in Broadband & Landline
