Hello
I have a Smart Hub SH32B and I'm trying to stop my working pc to lag every time my kids devices are switched on.
I can access to my Hub Manager but then I don't know how to prioritize my pc.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Many thanks
Jose

@miguel_silva No way off doing that, the router does not support that functional control.

@JimM11 Thanks for your reply.
Is it just this specific router or all EE routers?

@miguel_silva What speed package have you got from EE, Network is a shared resource as you are finding, Ethernet connecting the PC will help, and EE routers do not support prioritizing route to specific device, easier to tell the kids you are busy and need to work, or up the bandwidth off the product, but post your package speed back so we know.

There is the WiFi Enhancer feature within the app that is included on the 1.6Gb packages or can be added for £5pm on other packages that allows you to prioritise Work or Game related traffic.
You can read more about it here: https://ee.co.uk/broadband/wifi-enhancer
