I need help on how to get BT broadband returned because I won’t be needing it anymore obviously, have had it for over a year now. Please can anyone advise on what to do about this?

@Abisoyevic : This is an EE Community. You need to be talking to BT.

If you no longer want your BB, you phone your ISP and give 14 days notice to cancel.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
