How to find my contract end date as it doesnt mention it on pc or app

How do i find our contract end date , ive looked on the web pc portal and on the mobile app and neither mention it ,just says 24month contract  no start or end date??

Hi @bob531,

Welcome to the Community!

If you log into your EE app and go to Manage then you'll be able to view your contract dates.

hi, i stated in my post that it doesnt mention any dates whatsoever in  regular desktop account area or the EE app?? This contract is for broadband and home phone.

@bob531 : Look in your online EE a/c under Manage > Your Plan for your end date & monthly fee..

But they don't though..

My mobile and broadband are showing y tech add ons..but with no expiry date

 

Yeh thats what i get..just mobile or broadband contracted ends..but no tech add on end dates and its starting to annoy me.

Why do they maje it so you will have to ring them..for them to try to sell you something.

I don't like being taken for a mug by ee

If there is no expiry on the add-ons and you are being billed I'd recommend giving us a call so this can be looked into further.
