Did you mean:

How the hell do I speak to a real person?

I have received a letter from EE saying someone is trying to take over my broadband and to let them know if this ok. It is NOT ok, but all the contacts that give me are for the damned automated service which has no option for stopping someone taking over your broadband. How the hell am I meant to stop this happening? I was with Orange from the start and the customer service was brilliant, now it is as **bleep** as the worst operators.

@jambo62 , you would need to  first press the option for broadband and then press option 2 and that should get you through to a guide, who would be able to help you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
