How long does it take to get the refund for going through the switching service

Within 28 days but maybe delayed becase of the festive period if you have just switched. Please read the terms here:

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
