Hey All,
I placed an order for Broadband + TV combo last week of August with activation date of 10 Sept. EE was not able to fullfill the order after the installation getting failed from Openrach end. I have no idea why it failed what are the reasons because nobody from EE customer support ever game me a staight answer. The equipments were delivered 2 days prior to the order failure.
Long story short, I ended up getting BT broadband because they were able to activate it within 2 days. Now I have EE equipments and customer service told me that I will be getting a prepaid return label to ship them out. I still dont have them after 2 weeks and not sure how to return them. I dont want to get charged for not returning. Is there a way to get prepaid label from Royal Mail just like how Sky do things?

If it's an EE Smart Hub or newer (listed in following link) then follow https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product . If you have not received a return bag you may call 0330 123 1105 for 1.
