Hi

I cancelled my broadband and was told I could use the website to pay the cancellation fee as I cancelled the DD but it's no longer there. How do I pay - do I have to call cause that's just a pain

also I got charged for a months bill on top of the cancellation charge why is that? I'm not using the wifi and I cancelled before my next bill was scheduled for payment

@younisr  You shouldn’t cancel the DD until you know you are fully paid up because you might actually owe you something. You now need to call customer services about this.

The bill is automatically generated so depending on when you actually cancel that bill might’ve already been in place.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As you've cancelled your DD the only other way to pay a BB bill is by calling CS.

On top of the cancellation fee you will will have to pay 14-days notice but check your final bill carefully bearing in mind that your previous bill was paid a month in advance so you should be getting a rebate from that for the amount of that month after your cancellation + notice.
