Such poor service will result in a massive problem for me in this matter then the hours on phone trying to fix something that is not working properly since I started my contract with your company and not only have yous lied to my face but you then go taken money out my bank but no compensation for the shady service that you lot have provided cancel my debt directly from my bank stop taken money that you don’t deserve

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150, give 30 days notice to cancel and pay any remaining balance.
If you don't pay your bill this may impact your credit record.
