I am trying buy a 4th Smart Wifi Disk. I cannot find how to get a Smart Wifi SW30A Disk through the EE Store. I have 3, coverage is not good in my office. I am willing to pay for the 4th disk but, I keep getting put into a perpetual loop... I have checked the EE Store and I cannot find this anywhere.

This is the link EE keep sending me: https://ee.co.uk/broadband

if you do I believe it’s no longer available as EE have updated their routers.   You can get these on eBay but I think the max you can connect to the router is 3.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I mean this one… SW30A

Did you manage to get an additional one, I currently have 7 BT whole home discs and Ive been sent a new router and 3 W30A extenders and cannot seem to find additional ones, Ive called EE and they directed me to amazon, the model there is w10A and the feeback from some purchasers was that the W10a isnt compatible with the newer model

The W10A is not compatible with smart hub plus Wifi 6, it has to be the EE W30A

Have you found out the answer yet?

I have a 5G Smart Hub, and would like to buy Smart Wifi to extend the signal across my house (large, with thick walls). But although I can see the product I want on the EE website, I cannot find any way to order it or buy it!!  It's very odd that they make it so difficult (impossible?) to buy something! Do they actually want customers??

@CharlesClapham : The EE Smart WiFi Plus (SW30A) does not go with a EE 5G Smart Hub mobile router. It is only intended for the EE Smart Hub Plus. Same with the earlier EE Smart WiFi (shown in 2nd post of this thread) which works only with the EE Smart Router.

@RJSin07 best way is to call 150, and speak to Broadband support.  If you're already paying for smart wifi, then they should be able to add another to your account (CAVEAT: i'm not sure what the limit is on NEW EE Wifi, but the on the old Wifi it was  max of 3)

I have had the same problem. EE won't give me one or sell me one. They will however rent me one for £10 pm which at £120 pa seems like a rip off and explains why there's a thriving black market for them on ebay. I've complained to ee as it seems crazy that I would have to risk getting scammed on ebay just to buy one. I've been recommended the tp link re700x which at £65 is considerably cheaper than the ee sw30a smat hub plus extenders on ebay. EE's got this one badly wrong.
