I have recently upgraded to full fibre broadband. According to EE I should connect my house alarm into the green socket on my fibre router. However when testing I seem to no connection.

@ericcann : The green socket on back of router is for connecting landline phones to Digital Voice (DV). Is your house alarm on a landline & do you have a landline no.?

You are meant to check with your provider when switching to DV if you have medical or burglar alarms. Did you? Refer to Healthcare alarm, medical pendant or burglar alarm problem
