Home broadband

Hi I am being charged for my contract for home broadband but I have not received any equipment for the broadband because I am still in hospital as I have had my legs amputated.

I need to cancel my contract, I have already been charged for my first month even though I have no equipment and I can't find out how to contact someone to have my contract cancelled

@Duncanfr ,  sorry to hear about this, but you will have to ring customer service to get this cancelled. How long ago did you apply for this?

If you click here, you will find ways of contacting them, but remember, customer service may be closed on Monday, due to the funeral, or there may be a skeleton staff, so may be difficult to get an answer:
