Landline recorded conversations between my friend and myself

Hi, can someone please tell me how on earth are there a recorded conversation between friends of the same conversation you just had? my landline actually flashes after I hang up and it's telling me I have a new message. when I press play you can actually here this conversation that we had.  I keep thinking my landline is Hacked!! although. Openreach has tested my landline a few times saying "it isn't hacked"

Hi @Angel49   that sounds like something your phone is doing, which phone do you have? Perhaps there is a setting you pressed accidently?

Have you tried removing that phone and trying another?

You're line isn't hacked.

Your handset has a record function. After you start the call you are pressing "Record Call".
