Home Broadband Not Working

Hello All. 

I've been with EE many many years now but it seems my home hub is struggling to connect.

So I rang the help line from a phone number on the website but the person on the other end so it shows there is only a BT line and  home broadband account with EE?

 

Could it be because I've been with them since the Internet started back then I think it was Orange?

 

What's the best way forward now?

Which model of router are you using? A Home Hub is a BT router.

What exactly did the person at the other end say about your line? Was it that you had a landline with BT & a BB connection with EE?

The helpline helper said he could see a landline but there was no Internet connection showing so it was not with EE he told me it was with someone else, but my home hub is EE router 🤔
