Hive Hub Causing Internet Drops

Just bought a hive hub and noticed that the internet drops intermittently since I’ve installed it (before installation on hub internet was perfect).

Had an open reach engineer come round to check my line and he said there are known issues with hive hub and internet drops.

Anybody else has same problem and know a fix?

I have Hive and don't see any internet drops. However there have been issues with Hive reporting temps in the Graph, it was really bad a while back, they claimed to have fixed it, but I still get a missing block or two on the Temp graph.

 

Is it this you see, or do you see drops in other devices?

Do you have a 4G router working with the hive?

 

I have the 4G and am unsure whether the hive works or not.
