Estimated line speed showing incorrectly

As you can see it’s saying my estimate upload speed is 1.0 mbps and line speed is 0.0 mbps why is this? I’m on a 500/70 mbps plan, I’ve had a issue not so long ago that any EE router would not sync with my line but any other third party would, BT engineer reset the like from the Exchange and it worked again, However about 9PM every night my internet speed drops to about 5 mbps and everything runs so slow and can’t browser the internet but the internet doesn’t disconnect, it only happens for about 20 minutes then I get my full 500 mbps speed back after that, There is definitely something going on with my line, even tho the rest seem fine.

Going back to when I 1st got Fibre Plus from EE my Estimate Upload Speed has also always been 1.0 Meg and Line Speed 0.0 Meg:

but looking at my  PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION (PCI) AND CONTRACT SUMMARY (CS) is more informative:

Thank you for confirming, Not sure why EE do this, When I was on my previous package 70/20 it was showing correctly.

Do you know why my EE smart hub (White) won’t  update the firmware automatically?

Can EE push a remote firmware to my EE Router? I’m still on last years firmware?

How do you know there is more recent firmware?
