My wifi has been unstable for a few months now, I get high packet loss and network jittering. I have called up multiple times to EE and they have "sent" engineers to fix it the fault but it is never fixed. They have also tried factory resetting the router and it is still broken. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Which EE BB plan are you on? What EE router do you have?

EE BB is the Full Fibre Gigabit plan and the router is the Smart Hub Plus.

Is it only when connected via WiFi that you've noticed these issues, or have you had a chance to try a wired connection too?
Also do you notice any difference depending on range from your router?

Hi I'm also having this issue, 1. 6 gigabit broadband. Buffering all the time on apps via my phone and also fire stick can't watch films without it buffering. I never had this with talk talk so it must be a fault with your system. How do I fix this or whsts actually going on

Yes so it's happening with my phone and firestick.
Never had this before I can't watch anything without it buffering or skipping.
I took this package for gaming which I use lan cable for pc so that's fine.
WiFi keeps buffering skipping so any help would be great thanks

@Bobmac11061987 Are you connected on the Main wireless wi-fi or on the compatible network with the devices causing you the problem?
