@Carlos447 I can appreciate your disappointment if you weren't aware this is how the rewards cards were distributed.

It is listed on the page @JimM11 shared though, and also on the main help page we have active for these offers, too.

If you're in the first 14 days of your contract you're welcome to request cancellation if you're not happy with this.

But as I mentioned earlier, provided you supplied all the correct details at sign-up, as indicated on the page I shared above, you'll received your reward once this period has passed 😊

@Carlos447 What timescale were you given and is the Voucher with EE or another Rewards company?

ee should help either way even if its a third party as they are using third party's to promote there deals that's why people join you.

Its one big con and total wrong to blame customers pay them the vouchers or lose more customers.

@Carlos447 Then leave there is nothing stopping you from doing so. This is a dead rubber as far as posting's go from a long time ago!

@Carlos447 Can you stick to the same posting, there is no point digging up old post's regarding Rewards cards / vouchers etc, EE CS is who you wish to deal with for any answers that they can supply to you!

Hey there, @Carlos447

Just to be sure, how long is it since your broadband first activated?

It's only after 150 days that you'll be eligible to claim your reward card, so provided you shared your email address with GiftCloud you should see something come through once this 150 days passes.

It's definitely worth checking your spam and junk folder for this, too.

When you go compare on uswitch it says £130 voucher  and you go straight to ee so everyone can see it its still on offer. But is is false ?

Giftcloud never sent me an email ? Or a link

150 days is ridiculous to to keep checking emails you should just pay up after the 150day and send the gift card or is it a scam to get you to sign up !

@Carlos447 You need to deal with the company that you started the online offer with. Added below.

EE - £130 REWARD CARD
