Anyone have any tips on getting through to an actual human? Is there a shortcut? I keep being cycled through options and eventually 150 hangs up and a diagnostics bot text messages with two options, neither apply. It seems impossible to get to human. Any help would be appreciated. It’s so frustrating because I feel like EE used to have reasonable customer service.
It’s almost not worth the effort but they have accidentally sent us equipment we didn’t order which I feel compelled to at least flag.

I would suggest speaking to customer service by pressing option 2, that should get you through to one of the guides.
