Hi,
I've just swapped to full fibre with a guaranteed download speed of 250mbps. Since the initial installation where I recorded a download speed of 355, its struggling to hit 100.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

@Hairenj How long has it been since the install as I’m pretty sure they say allow up to 10 days.

Ah ok. I leave it for 10 days and see if it improves.
Cheers.

The 10 day thing is a carry over for early ADSL days, and not relevant for fibre circuits.
How are you testing, and I presume you have the white EE hub? There have been similar reports, it may be fixed if you get a firmware upgrade overnight.
Or are you using another router?

Yeah have the white hub so will see what happens overnight.
Testing on speediest and fast.
Same results on both.

WiFi. The first result was 355 then dropped below 100.

It really needs to be wired to rule out any Wi-Fi interference.
Some people have setup a PPOE session direct from a laptop/PC to the ONT to prove it is the router.
Looks like you may have a few more hoops to jump before EE will do anything - including the 10 day thing, so worth doing these steps if you can, or can get someone to help.
