Gaming connectivity issues

Ok, I am currently experiencing some connectivity issues which a specific game, namely Destiny 2, but the problems only seem to be occuring with my PS5 consoles.  Running the game on my PC or laptop have no issues.

To be clear i am currently using an Asus GT-BE98 and although i have the EE equipment for my 1.6Gps service i have never used them on account of having the Asus.  I have tried setting up port forwarding as per the details on the Bugnie forums but it still doesnt seem to resolve the issue.

One thing that has been highlighted to me is that i dont currently have IPv6 configured which may (or may not) be causing my current issues, so the question i ask is there anything specific i need to do to enable IPv6 on non EE equipment? I have had a quick look at the router config and when i select the option to enable IPv6 there are a number of options when it comes to connection type or interface and i dont know where to beging with this, can anyone provide some advice for this?

@soupladel iPv6 settings picture now cleared, although not using EE anymore do think they were the same when on EE at the time. Asus XT8 wan settings, have been using iPv6 for years and never an issue.

@Profile closed Do not rule out the EE Router with a PS5, the 7+ was pants that combo, unless the OP's posting did not know but never got that impression from the posting's. Wireless CH100 still not verified as yet for the repeat 1000ms delay and packet dropping.

OP aint using the EE hub Hes using his ASUS  hub. Plus he already mentioned the same exact game on his PC\laptop was fine with no issues if it were ISP related (EE) the same thing would be happening on the same game on His PC\laptop

So i managed to get IPv6 up and running and perhaps as predicted, it hasnt resolved the problem i am having which are still restricted to my PS5s (i have 3 in total in the house) i am back at the start and thinking the issue is probably specific to the game as i have Division 2 on my consoles and they work without any issue

You have 3 PS5s ?? is the issue on all 3 of the PS5s or just 1 ?

@soupladel Not a gamer, way to old for that, but glad your iPv6 is working on your Asus, that was my whole and total input for you! Good luck with it all.😎👍

Asus XT8 ps5 destiny 2 issues

@Profile closed Have left all that to my son, built his PC gaming rig for him, he has his PS5 Pro also but running all through a VM 2Gb/s symmetrical Fibre and on a 10Gb/s HARDWIRED Ethernet switch for ALL his connections apart from there mobiles and the Ring doorbell that would just not connect to his 5x hub in the slightest so that's going through an old Tp-RE....
