Game and work mode

Hi - We were moved over to EE from BT as they are closing down their broadband service. After a few teething problems CCTV,  Older devices and service kept dropping out things have settled down.

We have had new fibre in our road and being moved over in a few weeks.

When I asked the EE helper she said you have to pay extra for Game mode and work mode! EE's advert says nothing about paying for these advertised services and when I asked I was told they would advise me how much when the fibre is installed.

Does anyone know if you get it free or how much it costs? There is no mode buttons showing in the EE App.

Kind regards Andrew
