Full Fibre Wifi Dreadfully slow

I have just had full fibre installed at 1GB and guaranteed 700MB. EE sent me the Black smart hub pro and 3 x wifi routers. The best wifi signal ive got on smart phones, ipads, laptops, xbox, etc is 40MB,Ethernet to the hub is 800 plus...

Ive turned off the 2.4g. EE lady on the phone cant see any of the extenders online so i think they are banjaxed 😉

After 2 hours each router must have downloaded up to firmware, i have used ethernet 5E cables to hardwire 2 of the extenders and they are banging out 400-900MB via wifi!
