Full Fibre 500 - Upload speed is about 10% lower than advertised

Hello,

I'm on EE's 500/73 full fibre package for a while now and wondered why my upload speed is capped at 65Mbps instead of the advertised 73Mbps? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

@vangeliis  You would of got an email when you first took this out.  It would state your guaranteed your download speed but not your upload speed as that’s not guaranteed.  you  get an estimated speed up and down and then the guaranteed download speed.

The email it’s titled Thanks For Choosing EE.

here’s mine

@vangeliis  Website states speed guarantee as 425.  It doesn’t state a guarantee of 73 upload. It’s just 73 upload.    That’s up to 73 not guaranteed at 73.

and the email you got clearly says an estimated upload of 73 not that it will be 73.
