Hi. I’ve switched to a new provider when moving home and they’ve asked for my final bill from EE but with my new address on it. Can EE send a paper bill that displays my new address?
Thanks

If you had EE BB at your old addy & never moved it under EE to your new addy as a Home Move how can EE be expected to bill you at your new addy?
Furthermore you never moved your BB from EE to the new ISP at some particular addy & so it doesn't count as a BB migration & it shouldn't be eligible for repayment of EE leaving fees by the new ISP, if that's what you are after.

@Whatevermatey If you never had EE at that address then there is nothing for you to get. You should have moved with EE before setting up with the new ISP.
Op has it all under control.

They told me they’d be sending out a final bill after my service was terminated when I moved. Why would they post a bill to an address I’m no longer at?

Cuz that's your registered home addy of your EE BB installation. Home BB is naturally tied to a specific location. You may inform EE of a change of postal addy for communication purposes but your bills will still reflect where the BB was supplied.
