I have Fibre but not full fibre and was wondering when I will be able to plug my landline phone into a router. My router dont have a phone socket . None of EE plans have a landline now.

@Malc66 Landline is an option to the plan as an add on, If you changed or upgraded then the landline would go digital, and would require the router to be replaced. Here is a copy from the help for you to look at. HTH

No EE BB plans can come with an analogue landline. It's all digital now.

@Malc66 There may be nothing to tell you, unless you are looking to change etc, Some reading if you wish to look at it on the link below, but not 100% that you would not be forced to change at any time.

Today EE sent me an email to say my contract runs out in July and can stay on the one I am on with landlines included Or move to a digital one.

@Malc66 So it means one of 2 things for you, Stay as you are just now, lose any discount's and pay full price now for each month going forward and landline / router will not change UNLESS it does become a requirement in the future.

Second, you may be able to re negotiate a better deal, it will involve signing up again for a new period, EE will take this opportunity to upgrade you, may mean a new router and digital voice were the phone will now plug into the router, and if you are in an area, that has FTTP available you will also be changed to the completely new Fibre Optic Line.

You can check on the BT wholesale site unless you already know that it is available in your area. Landline is still available as posted to you previous. HTH

@Malc66  As previously advised, if you give the broadband care team a call, they should be able to let you know in more details what your options are. And from experience are able to offer the best deals, it is always worth knowing what the competition is offering first though.
