No happy with my fibre installation haven't had a good service since day 1 the weeks ago been having trouble with the speeds wasn't a openreach proper installation its was a nother company told to do the installation on behalf of openreach when he arrived he rushed the job the box on the wall outside its so small I believe the fibre its bundle together to much he rushed the connection he has put the fiber cable on top of our door step what a stupid thing to do if it get hits it will get damaged we ask to have the cable to be put we're the old BT wire was but he didn't he went through the front room wall as a easy option its a Disgusting installation can't get anywhere with EE what a way to help a new EE customer.....Camborne Cornwall

This will give you some troubleshooting steps, test your connection, and if needs be help you get an engineer appointment booked. 

If the service is working as it should be and you're just unhappy with the installation in general, you can raise this as a complaint with Openreach directly, and they'll support you in getting this checked out.

This is the service i can't check my broadband fibre installation needs to be done again by a professional openreach engineer and with a bigger box on the wall to give the fibre lines a better swoop

I require a problem that only needs a openreach engineer not communications people who has done a buge job on installation

@Kuga3 If you're having trouble running our troubleshooter online, you can also do this by sending us a text with HELP to 66033, or by giving our team a call.

I'd definitely recommend reaching out to Openreach about the installation too, as your installation should definitely be completed to a high standard regardless of whether it's Openreach directly or one of their contracted partners.

Thank you Peter I have spoken to a agent who has told openreach about this issue and they will call me with a day for them to come out I have stated Monday as im off work many thanks Peter
