Fibre Broadband Installation Still Outstanding 2 months later - Autocease

Hello,

I requested for my broadband to be updated to Fibre over 2 months ago.

Order keeps getting cancelled before the Engineer appointment to do the external work.

Getting no updates from EE apart from 'internal error, should be fixed shortly'.

Constant 'Autocease order' . 

Neighbours in the same block of apartments have requested Fibre and had it installed after my request so not sure what the issue is.

A month is such a long period of time to be waiting for your installation, so I definitely want to make sure you're able to get this resolved. 

When you mention getting updates about an internal error, is this when speaking with our team directly, or are they automated texts you're noticing coming through?

I too have been waiting 2 months. Told by OpenReach that they can’t make the connection. No progress or a solution being offered!
