Very dissatisfied with EE & Openreach

Tintenter

Been with EE on copper broadband for the last 2 years and EE convinced me to go fully fibre. They came to install the new fibre optic cable from the pavement to my house & couldn’t complete it due to a blockage in the underground service pipe. It was at this point that I found the copper broadband had been disconnected and they couldn’t reconnect. Been without broadband & a home phone line for 11 days now & neither EE or Openreach seem to be able to communicate with each other! To make matters worse, EE also sold me 2 new SIM only contracts & now I also find out that there mobile signal which is advertised as good for both indoor & outdoor at my post code doesn’t have any signal within my house & only 1 bar when outside on my property.

Couldn’t get any worse & really disappointed.
