Fibre B/B - I don't have it!

My bill says: "Fibre Plus Broadband with landline"

But I don't have "fibre" ... the fibre is out in the street but not connected to our block.

Our connection is via copper wires.

@ThomasEdison : Yes, you do! Your EE Fibre Plus BB is Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC) & is conventionally called "Fibre" as it's Fibre all the way to the cab & copper from there to your house.

What you see out in the street is probably Fibre To The Premises (FTTP) & is sold by EE as Full Fibre.
