I have 2 smart wifi pro extenders connected. Both paired via the app.
When i look at devices connected to the Smart Hub, I have an Extender connected under the Networking tag.
Should I have 2 showing? And if so what should I do?
Thanks

@Cwrd You should see them both under the app, and also on the Advanced wireless tab if you view via the web manager http://192.168.1.254

Thanks. Both are showing as online and have aqua lights and do appear in the App as Smart Extenders, just only one shows as an actual device.
I could understand only one showing if there was one that had no connection.
Is there a way of repairing and making sure I get 2 showing under the Networking as devices
Thanks

@Cwrd Will have to wait until your picture that was posted is cleared for viewing, in the meantime there are pictures on the forum if you wish to take a look, will copy a link below, with multiple extenders connected, was one from a few days ago.

@Cwrd have you tried clicking on the extender or swiping right to left to see if any multiple devices, the app is for ever changing and i no longer have access to anything having left EE to another ISP.

Have clicked on it and apart from some detail about its MAC address and IP their is nothing else.
I think it's just the EE app which is not very good as I have used a WiFi analyser app and that shows both Extenders connected to WiFi. Denoted by the SW40j name.
You would think a company like EE would sort their products out. Their Hub Manager is also poor as it doesnt show devices connected on 6ghz either. And I have given up trying to work out why devices bypass the nearest extender and attach to the further away main hub, or why extenders show No signal in the app, but also show online.
Thanks for your help
