Ex BT customer Wi-Fi controls not working on EE app

Is there any recent updates on being able manage Wifi on the EE app?

Having switched from BT recently to EE the manage WiFi works initially however as soon I i close the app and return to it is just spins loading icon. All other features on the app seem to work just not manage WiFi after first usage.

have deinstalled, reinstalled, rebooted etc and the same thing happens. So frustrating and very poor experience for what is basic essential capability for safe family usage

@Ian2511 Have you just tried waiting, have seen it take a couple of minutes before it makes a connection.

I have the same problem, moved from BT to EE and am trying to control the WiFi from the app and it and constantly getting the spinning blue circle of doom. I have uninstalled the app a few times reinstalled and it works intermittently, which is rubbish. I never had this problem with the BT app.

Hi im having the same issue I've contacted ee through chat and go no were either I'm wanting to change them now it's the holidays and can't do so in thinking about just going straight through the hun I'm sure we can do that been happening a few weeks now and doing all the above too
