Evening issues with internet

Hello , for past few day in the evenings after 9 or 10 pm internet becomes very unstable , lights doesnt change but connection drops even few minutes for few seconds and then comes back . Router was bought few months ago and no it isnt hot , tiny bit warm on top but very tiny bit. Last time something remotly similar was happening when weather was very rainny or when some companies been performing works on lines 2-3-4 streets away (some privet contractors). Because i am reting a room and my bills are included i am not able to directly contact support about it and asking my ladlord to do something about it well we more like land on the moon again then he do anything about it

@XRaySpeX The picture had not been cleared, so going purely on his TBB which is poor to say the least and possible wifi at the time, so 1Mb/s sync up not surprised unless you really think different. DSLAM has probably kicked in to try and save but not getting anywhere now.

Wanna hear my guess? Line/wires in the box my house is using are messed up , couldnt due to weather , somebody just kicking the box or something or pouring inside , or and last one is most common according ot many opinions , some company that worked in same box for different provider , while getting to own cables, damaged or nudged them and connection is fully there

@VisHD All good guesses, only EE can get it fixed for you if you so wish, and depending if your landlord wants anything to do with it.
