@jenbird It's getting really simple now, if you cannot make it work, and you are having no problems with anything else, then send it back to amazon and buy a ring. Not everything is 100% guaranteed to work with something else. Eufy are not stepping up and you have yet to face the signal strength issue when you go to mount the sucker at the door.

Edit: The Eufy support system now appears to have stabilised so go have a look on there help system as another option.

Hi, I’m wondering if you ever resolved this? I’ve just got one myself and having the same issue!

@Katie162 : Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your device to that.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Hi, I’ve tried setting it that way too and even renamed the computable wifi a different name to ensure I was connecting to the right one but still no luck. Thank you for responding!

EE confirmed today they don’t know how to resolve it and that it just doesn’t work with their broadband basically. Hoping to get more from eufy themselves before I return it

Hi @Katie162

Can you try deleting the the Eufy app on your phone and re-download it from App store,
Then log back in >  reset doorbell  >  add new ?
