Essentials: Full Fibre 300 keeps disconnecting

Hello, i am a new ee customer for broadband and tv since 30th may 2024, i also have mobile with ee.

My problem is is that my broadband keeps disconnecting very often then reconnects again, and then the speed will be very low.

I have 8 pages of event log so i posted just the first one, i got disconnected whilst writing this post by the way.

@imoneofakind New EE customer from were, and any other pertinent info would be helpful, looks like you are also using an original router, so not familiar with the data that you posted, someone else may help with that.

Hi, i switched from bt to ee and the router is the ee smart hub sh20a i should have been sent the smart hub plus.

@imoneofakind There appears to be some issue with switching BT - EE and not getting the latest, the one you have been sent is the equivalent to the BT smarthub 2, and some are told, what you have is good enough for the package you have. So no idea what is happening with regards to that. All new from other ISP etc, get the latest, i did when moving from sky in mid march. New hub is only 50% of the way there at present i can tell you that for sure... Take it you have powered of the router and if on fttp also the ont for couple of mins to reset both? When you have the disconnect, do you see only the router led change colour, and if so to what?

Hi, i have just noticed that when my internet disconnects its ok on my iphone using the same wifi, so it must be my pc issue, im not sure what though, thank you for your help, i wish i could connect by ethernet but my pc is in my bedroom which is next room to my living room where my ee smart hub is.
