I was spose to have a ee engineer come today between 10am and 12 pm . When bt eventually referred you they told me I will have a we engineer today between 10am and 12 pm they told me to leave ee equipment unopened I have disabilities learning difficulties so I need help

Had no ee engineer so all the new internet equipment and WiFi things are still in their boxes not opened I need a engineer

The engineer could still be coming, but otherwise you will have to speak to customer service, as we have no way of knowing here and no account access. Sorry you are still waiting, but they could still be on their way to you, hopefully they do turn up.

The same happened to me, engineer didn’t turn up and after I rang they claimed he/she didn’t get a reply as they called, I was waiting so they definitely didn’t turn up. No offer of compensation or reduced bill for inconvenience, just another appointment (hopefully!).
