For what purpose? There is certainly a charge if a fault is found within your premises:

• Engineer Visit - this charge will apply if an engineer is required to visit your property to investigate a broadband fault, and it is identified that the cause is through damage or a fault within your property, and not a fault on the BT or EE Network                                           £50.00

Otherwise there could be a charge for New line engineer visit or Broadband set-up fee if this is not waived as part of the price of your installation.
