Phone CS and give 14 days notice of can. You will be liable to Early Termination Fees.

Personally I'd like to know that I'm speaking with the firm with which I'm in contract & obligated to.
Don't be surprised if EE becomes "BT Consumer (BTC)" soon. I did a survey yesterday about my FF install. In equal parts were Qs about OR, who did the actual work, & BTC, who I had no idea were involved.
